Attendees will explore behavioral science, innovation research, and practical strategies to eliminate inefficiencies and amplify results. Designed for fundraisers, nonprofit leaders, and event planners, this session delivers actionable insights on overcoming complexity bias, streamlining operations, and aligning efforts with organizational priorities. Participants will leave with a Strategic Subtraction Plan, follow-up support, and the confidence to raise more by doing less.

Anna Schlia – Founder of Brightside Philanthropy
Anna Schlia, founder of Brightside Philanthropy, is a fundraising expert with 18 years of experience in donor behavior research, philanthropic consulting, and major gift strategy. A Ph.D. candidate at the University of Rochester, Anna blends academic insights with real-world expertise to create research-driven, practical approaches to nonprofit challenges. Her engaging workshops inspire participants to reimagine fundraising practices for greater efficiency and impact.
