Lunch and Learn Webinar – Re-Energize and Re-Event Your Fundraising Career
Bring your own brown bag and “lunch and learn” with your peers! AFP International curates a live webinar series on a range of topics presented by field experts. AFP Fairfield County streams selected webinars free of charge at one location for AFP members who register in advance ($25 for non-members). Streaming the live webinars on your personal device is available, but each stream will cost a minimum of $79 (purchased directly from AFP).
Registered attendees will receive an email the day prior to the webinar, with a link to download their own materials (if a handout is available). There will be no handouts provided at the webinar location. Lunch and Learn Webinar attendance earns 1.0 CFRE Credits.

About This Session:
According to Gallup, the average workweek is now 47 hours. We as fundraisers put in way longer hours in our career! That’s a lot of time to spend in a stalled career or tedious job. We’ll talk tips for keeping your skills fresh; ways to maintain that ‘first day on the job’ enthusiasm; how to lead up so that everyone on the staff wins; and which fundraising skills translate to other fields and other job opportunities.
At the end of this session, participants will learn:
- Techniques to reinvigorate your current job
- Tips to take your job to the next fundraising level
- Strategies for transitioning to a new sector utilizing all your fundraising expertise
